Grad Events Information 2017

Please note, that there will be a rehearsal for all grade 12 students in preparation for our upcoming School Leaving Ceremony.  The rehearsal will be held on Tuesday, May 30 at 12:30 pm at the Bill Copeland Centre (3676 Kensington Avenue, Burnaby).  It is anticipated that students will be dismissed from the Bill Copeland Centre approximately 2:30 pm.

School Leaving Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, May 31 at 7:00pm.  Grads should arrive NO LATER THAN 6:00 PM.

Grad Gowns will be distributed through the office during LUNCH TIME ONLY starting Tuesday, May 23, Wednesday, May 24 and Thursday, May 25.

In addition to the Grad Gown, Cap, and Stole, Grads will also receive an envelope, which will include 2 Complimentary Tickets.

Extra Tickets are now available at the Main Office at $5.00 each.

Please note, Tickets WILL NOT be available at the door.

Graduation Dinner/Dance

Graduation Dinner/Dance will take place on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at the Pan Pacific Hotel, 999 Canada Place, 6:00pm – 12:00 am.  This is a special evening for our graduates and formal attire is expected.

Between 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm, parents are welcome to accompany students to the hotel for pictures in the lobby area at the Crystal Pavilion ballroom.  At 6:30 pm, ballroom doors will be open.  This is a school-sponsored event and all School and District Codes of Conduct will apply.

Fees can be paid at the Main Office or online before Thursday, May 18, 2017.  For online payments, follow the link “https://burnaby.schoolcashonline.com”.  Final deadline to pay for Grad Dinner/Dance  is Thursday, May 18, 2017.  Absolutely NO Refund after Thursday, May 18, 2017.

Extra tickets for the School Leaving Ceremony can be purchased at the school prior to the ceremony.

There will be NO refunds for School Leaving Ceremony.   Please note that tickets will NOT be sold at the door.
