Please be aware that there will be a rehearsal for all grade 12 students in preparation for our upcoming School Leaving Ceremony. The rehearsal will be held on Friday, May 22 at 12:30 pm at the Bill Copeland Centre (3676 Kensington Avenue, Burnaby). It is anticipated that students will be dismissed from the Bill Copeland Centre approximately 2:30 pm.
School Leaving Ceremony will be held on Monday, May 25 at 7:00pm. Grads should arrive NO LATER THAN 6:00 PM.
Grad Gowns will be distributed through the office during LUNCH TIME ONLY starting Wednesday, May 20, Thursday, May 21 and Friday, May 22.
In addition to the Grad Gown, Cap, and Stole, Grads will also receive an envelope, which will include 2 Complimentary Tickets, Pre-paid Extra Tickets, and Dinner/Dance Tickets.
Extra Tickets are still available at the Main Office at $5.00 each.
Please note, Tickets WILL NOT be available at the door.

Dry Grad tickets are only $25 and will be go on sale at lunch time at the following dates:

** May 25 – 29 (Only time for Guests Tickets to be purchased)
Tickets will be sold outside of the Cafeteria
**Outstanding fees MUST be paid prior to the event.
The PAC executive has decided to cancel the April PAC meeting, since between Spring Break and Easter Break, there would only be about 2 weeks of school to update parents on.
Instead, we would like to invite parents to the PAC Annual General Meeting on Monday, May 4, 2015 at 7 pm.
We will be electing the new PAC executives at this time, and Ms. Kristmanson will be providing updates on graduation event plans, and 2015-2016 school year staffing and courses (approved/cancelled). Please come and join us in the school library to show support for parents’ involvement in our children’s secondary school experience!
